SUMMARY:Walking Spirit
DESCRIPTION:What is Walking Spirit? \nWalking is an excellent and easy way to get some activity in your day. Older adults especially benefit from daily walks for a myriad of reasons that range from health to happiness. Explore the historic neighborhoods of San Jose with our walking group. The only requirement is the ability to walk as a group and rest when necessary. Sometimes we will stop for coffee at a local shop. Join our next class! \nBenefits \nStrengthen your bones\, prevent osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
