Youth Fitness

What is Youth Fitness?

This class utilizes yoga poses, exercise, and play to help youth improve their muscle strength, flexibility and coordination. With an emphasis on stretches and breathing exercises, for ages 6 – 17 years.

Benefits

Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions
