IHC provides nationally acclaimed medical care to all, regardless of age, gender, tribal affiliations, religion, sexual orientation, race, or ethnicity.

Our whole-person care, designed for the entire family, is delivered with a strong focus on prevention. Our professionally trained medical staff can help with enrollment and referrals to critical services, like health insurance, nutrition counseling, social services, behavioral health, and more.

We provide a full-spectrum of acute and preventive medical care for adults of all ages, focused on the total health of the individual, including:

IHC provides case management services through the Enhanced Care Management Program for patients with the highest needs. We support patients with chronic and high-risk illnesses to achieve optimal health. We empower patients to manage their medical conditions and address social barriers through personalized care plans with the help of a nurse and case manager. Enrollment is subject to approval from your assigned health plan.

Our pediatricians specialize in newborn and well-baby care, children and adolescents up to the age of 18. We manage the health of your child including physical, behavior and mental health issues including:

  • Same day, walk-in appointments available for newborns.
  • Immunizations
  • Prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as asthma, hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
  • Annual checkups and school physicals
  • Translation services available in Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, Chinese, Russian and more.
  • 24/7 medical advice line available
  • Insurance Eligibility Specialist available on-site
  • WIC Program Specialist and Wellness Services available daily.

Women’s health specializes in comprehensive care for women, including services in obstetrics and gynecology. We provide:
