Beginning in March 2023, we will be distributing once a month farmer’s market style. (Dates TBD)
All food is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. New clients will be asked to provide information needed from Second Harvest. Families may take food for 1 alternative household as long as information for that household is provided. We ask that you park on Santa Clara Street, as the parking lot is reserved for staff during distribution hours. Please DO NOT block the bus stop.

Nutrition counseling is offered by a Registered Dietitian who will develop personalized nutrition plans and help you to have healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition counseling may also be beneficial to you if you have diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or need help achieving weight loss. Nutrition counseling is available for both adults and children in English and in Spanish. Ask your medical provider for a referral to our Registered Dietitian.
Locations: Meridian Main Campus, Silver Creek Clinic, Forest Avenue, Family Medicine Center at O’Connor, Downtown Wellness CenterHealth education is available to Indian Health Center medical members that have diabetes or other chronic conditions such as hypertension. Having these conditions can be complicated and our health educators are here to teach you about the condition, how to manage it, and set goals with you to improve your health and well being. If you want to quit smoking, our health educators can also help you. Health educators can see you before or after your medical appointments, or you can make a separate appointment to see them. You can also receive health education over the phone.
